We want you to love your Sofielle purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for future purchases.

Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Final Sale Items

Please note: Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.
